Meet Saul, affectionately nicknamed “Grumpy Cat 2.0,” a feline who was found wandering the bustling streets of London in desperate need of help. Fortunately, a compassionate passerby spotted him and immediately contacted the RSPCA. They quickly sent an officer to rescue Saul and bring him to their Putney Animal Hospital.
Upon arrival, it was clear that Saul was in bad shape, suffering from eye and nose discharge, and injuries to his jaw, teeth, and eye, likely from a traffic accident. Despite his perpetually grumpy appearance, veterinary professionals found him to be quite sweet and friendly once they started caring for him.
As Saul began to heal, his charming personality emerged, quickly winning over the hearts of everyone at the shelter. Though his perpetually grumpy expression remains a mystery, the staff are confident that his true nature is loving and affectionate. Some speculate his expression might stem from past traumas, but it’s evident that Saul is a fluffy ball of love, craving attention and cuddles.
The hospital team is optimistic that Saul will soon find a forever home once he fully recovers and becomes available for adoption. With his unique charm and lovable personality, they believe Saul has the potential to become a star in his own right. Could he possibly give the original Grumpy Cat a run for their money?
