Messi’s Bodyguard Honored with Prestigious Award by MLS, Surprising and Delightng Everyone

Yassie Cheko and his team of security guards for Lionel Messi have been honored with the “Best MLS Security Team” award.

On Instagram, where he has 296,000 followers, Yassie Cheko expressed his heartfelt thanks to Inter Miami and Messi for providing the optimal conditions that allowed him and his team to excel in their duties. Since Messi’s arrival in Miami last season, there have been no security incidents, highlighting the team’s effectiveness.

Cheko took to his personal page to celebrate the achievement: “Winning the award for the best security team in MLS is a testament to our hard work. A huge thank you to the club, Messi, and his family for their trust and support.”

The security force that David Beckham hired has a total of 50 people tasked with protecting Messi and his family. Yassi Cheko is Messi’s most trusted bodyguard, always sticking to the 36-year-old superstar like a shadow. Cheko’s mission is to protect Messi both on and off the field, but especially within the borders of the United States. The former MMA fighter has the responsibility of protecting his client when Messi joins the Argentine national team.

Yassié Cheυko has not taken advantage of special situations to protect Messi. Only on a few occasions Cheko had to quickly prevent aggressive factions from approaching the Argentine player. It is known that Miami must pay Cheυko a salary of approximately 4 million dollars per year.

Possessing a great body, Yassie Cheko also has diverse fighting skills. Messi’s bodyguard has a black belt in Taekwondo, is good at boxing, and has competed in MMA professionally. In fact, Cheko still practices mixed martial arts every day as his favorite sport.

There is a lot of information about Yassi Cheko’s military background, to be exact, a former US Navy special forces soldier. However, Cheko herself has never confirmed this. While some Americans believe they have elements confirming that Cheοko was once a soldier.

Christophe Freiseÿbrυch, a former SEAL, posted on LiпkedIп about Cheυko’s background. “If you are declared a SEAL vet, your records will definitely remain in the system. But the reality is that Yassie Cheko does not exist. The media is either wrong, or this is just a scam,” said Freise Bruch, who now runs a military medical technology company.

It doesn’t really matter whether Cheko is a soldier or not; the important thing is that Messi is guaranteed maximum security when he has a muscular bodyguard at his side. At the scheduled time, Messi and his family have returned to Argeοtioa to enjoy the Christmas holidays. Therefore, Yassie Cheko also has little free time for herself.

Messi will not be back on the pitch with Inter Miami until next January. David Beckham’s team will have an international tour against El Salvador on January 19 and Hoпg Koпg on February 4, 2024.
