Ronaldo gave her a brand new Porsche Cayenne – and she instantly started to cry with joy after his son Cristiano Jr presented her with the motor.

The five-time Ballon D’or winner jetted out from Saudi Arabia in the middle of the night to be in Madeira for her birthday yesterday.

Several images were shared on social media by his sister Katia Aveiro as he gifted Maria the incredible motor.

And it was not only a surprised for his mum, it left the entire party stunned.
