Lionel Messi’s arrival in a Florida neighborhood has created a buzz, and his new neighbors are already looking to capitalize on the excitement.
When the Argentine signed with Inter Miami earlier this year, he made the move from Paris to the United States of America.

Initially, he and his family relocated to a seven million pound apartment that was located just a few seconds away from Golden Beach.
Messi, however, purchased a home in Fort Lauderdale in September that was valued at £8.4 million. In this location, he is rubbing shoulders with some of the wealthiest people in the state of Florida.
The podcaster and entrepreneur Patrick Bet-David is one of these individuals. Between the two YouTube channels that he maintains, he has amassed a cumulative total of more than one billion views.
Bet-David’s estate has seen a significant increase in value as a result of Messi’s entrance, according to the businessman who said that Messi’s entry has been a boon for the other residents who are already residing in the residential community that he has joined.
In an interview with VladTV, he stated, “As of right now, according to the current state of affairs, I have already made $25 million (£19.5 million) of equity on the house that I own.”
“Messi has settled in right next to my house,” I said. Everyone has the desire to be a part of our community.

In addition to 10 bedrooms, Messi’s luxurious property features a fitness and spa area, a swimming pool, and a fitness center.
There are two boat decks on the estate, which is a gated community island in Bay Colony. The estate is 500 square feet in size and features water all around it.
A VIP suite, nine bathrooms, and an Italian kitchen are all included in the house’s amenities.
