British data analytics company Hopper HQ has just released the ‘Instagram Rich List 2024’.
The list ranks celebrities globally by their earnings per Instagram post, and Cristiano Ronaldo leads the pack. With around 600 million followers, the soccer icon can rake in an astonishing $3,432,000 per post.
On August 21, Ronaldo launched his personal YouTube channel, “UR – Cristiano,” and achieved a remarkable milestone. Within just 90 minutes, the channel surpassed 1 million subscribers, earning Ronaldo the coveted “golden button” for reaching this milestone faster than anyone else.
But Ronaldo didn’t stop there. Within 11 hours of launching, his channel soared past 10 million subscribers, earning him the prestigious “diamond button.” Despite predictions from YouTube star IShowSpeed that Ronaldo would need about 5 days to reach 32 million subscribers, Ronaldo achieved this feat in just 37 hours, far surpassing expectations.

Currently, the Youtube channel “UR – Cristiano” has more than 45 million subscribers. This number is of course far behind MrBeast, the most famous character on Youtube with more than 312 million subscribers. But remember, Ronaldo has only launched his channel for a few days but has made a very strong leap and in fact the Portuguese striker has not fully focused on this issue when he is still playing for Al Nassr Club in Saudi Arabia.
In the five days since his debut, Ronaldo has posted 20 videos, with the least viewed video reaching 4.4 million. Videos with engaging content related to winning the “golden button” or featuring his girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez have reached or exceeded 40 million views.
Such statistics show that Ronaldo could very well become a world-famous YouTuber if he were to stop playing top-level football. Ronaldo is over 39 years old, and his time at the top level is numbered. Ronaldo has not revealed when he will hang up his boots, but anyone can guess that it could come in the near future.

Of course, Ronaldo has never mentioned changing his career from a football player to a professional YouTuber. But with someone as quick to make money as CR7, it is not impossible that he will participate more deeply in this field.
